To maximize convenience and flexibility during these uncertain times, we have a new booking system:
--First priority are standing appointments and color services. These can be booked as normal, through appointment requests or by calling the salon, as far in advance as necessary.
--For haircuts, we will maintain a detailed waiting list, and finalize appointment times one week at a time, one week in advance.
--When you submit an appointment request, you let us know your best times, stylist requests, and preferred way to be contacted. When we go to book each week, our software will automatically provide names for each time slot, in the order they are on our waiting list, and we will contact you to confirm.
Our goals with this new system: --to have a fair method that does not require a lot of cancellations and rebooking if someone needs to quarantine or wait for test results. (How messed up is that sentence, what times we live in!) --to have full knowledge of your schedule availability, rather than pin you down to one time slot, so if something opens up last minute that would work for you, we know to contact you automatically. --to make it easier to book color services.
This method will replace online booking for the time being. This pandemic makes it very difficult to plan and schedule things, so we're trying to work out a system that is as convenient as possible for everyone involved.
