We're so glad you found us! Here's some info so you can get to know us better, and take full advantage of what we offer.
No Hate Space: First and foremost, we do not tolerate discrimination or hate speech against anyone, including race, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or national origin. If you are not in agreement with this, please do not come.
Referrals: We get most of our new clients from word-of-mouth. If you have a good experience, and think you know someone who would also enjoy coming to us, we have a great referral program. When they book an appointment, and give your name as a referral, you both get a $13 credit towards product at your next visit!
Parking: We have street parking. There are almost always spots available within one block on either side of High Street, or down California Ave.
Product returns: If you are not happy with the performance of any retail product you buy from us, just bring it back and we will refund or exchange it for something you would like better.
Rewards Program: Because we love our repeat clients, we have a very generous rewards program. You automatically earn 1 point for every dollar spent on services, and 1.5 points for every dollar spent on product. You can use these points towards free services and discounts on products at any time!
Card on file: We require a credit card on file in order to book color or curl appointments, because of the time commitment for these services. The card numbers are stored in encrypted form, and your card is authorized but not charged--unless you cancel with short notice or do not show up for your appointment. (see below)
Cancellations:We request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible so that your stylist can have that time slot available for another client.If you cancel a curl or color service with less than 24 hour notice, we have a 25% late cancellation fee. If there is a repeated issue of late cancellations for haircut appointments, we reserve the right to have a credit card on file in order to book future haircut appointments as well.
No-shows: If you do not show up for an appointment, we have a 50% no-show fee. If there is a genuine emergency or you are charged a fee in error, please let us know as soon as possible so we can take care of it.
Do-overs:If for any reason you are unhappy with the way your hair turns out, please contact us within a week, and we will be happy to adjust or re-do the original service at no charge, either with your original stylist or with another stylist at the same price level.
Running Late: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we probably will have to reschedule you. This is so that we will not rush through your service, or be late for the clients following you. We'll do everything we can to accommodate you as soon as possible.
Children: During this time of COVID, we unfortunately cannot allow children in the salon, unless they are actively getting a service. We need to limit the amount of people in our space at all times, and disinfect everything that is touched, and cannot do this with children not being serviced. Sorry.
